5005-H34 aluminum alloy coil belongs to the 5xxx aluminum-magnesium alloy series. Thanks to its excellent anodizing compatibility and well-balanced overall properties, this material is an ideal substrate for manufacturing exterior components, decorative parts, and functional panels. The 5005 alloy is widely recognized in the industry as a high-quality substrate for anodizing. With a moderate magnesium content (0.5%–1.1%) and strict control of impurities, it forms a dense, uniform, and bright oxide film after anodizing, featuring a translucent finish that is resistant to color variations or mottling. Compared to the commonly used 3003 alloy, its oxide film is smoother and brighter.
