Introduction of 1100 HO Aluminum Circle
1100 H0 aluminum circle are round aluminum plates made from industrial pure aluminum (aluminum content ≥99.0%) that have undergone full annealing (H0 state). Their core advantages lie in their extremely high plasticity and excellent ductility, making them ideal for processing applications requiring deep drawing and spinning.
Main Application
Due to its excellent processing performance, this aluminum disc has wide applications in the following fields:
Kitchenware: This is the core application. It is used to manufacture non-stick pans, frying pans, pressure cookers, rice cooker inner pots, saucepans, kettles, and other kitchen utensils requiring deep drawing and spinning.
Industrial and daily consumer products: It can be used to produce lamp reflectors, road signs, chemical storage equipment, sheet metal products, and various small hardware parts processed by deep drawing or spinning.

Industry knowledge sharing:
Industry knowledge sharing: Currently, the most common alloy for CC 1-series aluminum discs is 1060. Its performance completely covers that of 1100/1050 alloy CC materials, making it the most common and applicable alloy in the kitchenware manufacturing industry. Therefore, most aluminum discs sold on the market are made of 1060 alloy.
However, for DC aluminum discs, if the required alloy is 1100 and the minimum order quantity is met, the production line can produce 1100 alloy according to the actual alloy requirements.
